Description

Day 1: Kathmandu

Arrive Kathmandu at your ease and transfer to hotel. Our company representative will host you at the airport and escort to the hotel. First day at Kathmandu will just make you settle but we are confident about the chaos in the mind on the way from Airport to Hotel. Next days are filled with shocking culture and varieties of activities.

Day 2: Kathmandu

The mystical city of Kathmandu is ready to jumble up your expectation high. We start from Swoyambhunath-also known as the Monkey temple in Kathmandu. A temple high in the hill looking towards the cityscape. If the weather is good, your four season is visible. Monkey from the nearby jungle live up with the name and monuments around will make your Buddist mind flatter. Down to the river side of Holy Bagmati lies our second destination for today-Pashupatinath. The sacred place of all in Nepal gives us idea about how death is treated peacefully in Nepal. The open cremation is the end to this materialistic life and here we learn about the same. Out expert leaders will take you through the journey of spirituality. The largest Stupa on earth is waiting for us at the end towards today’s cityscape. Boudhnath Stupa known for its mighty size and loads of Monasteries. A hike to the top of the restaurant can blow your mind. The beauty of Stupa from the Ariel view is as spectacular as the view of the city of love from the tower of Eiffel.

Day 3: Drive to Syabrubesi (1460m)

We leave early to call it a 7 hours journey to the northern part of Nepal. Climbing high over the ridges can be a perfect start with Annapurna, Ganesh himal , Manaslu and Langtang at the farthest. The Bustling town of Trisuli waits to end with the climbing towards the Dhunche Bazaar. All your backs can be packed here if you have forgotten anything in Kathmandu. Langtang National park welcomes you here and we go about 1 more hour of downhill to reach Syabru Besi to rest for the night.

Day 4: Trek to Lama Hotel (2470m)

The trail today is all about the tropical forest and the most famous river “Bhote Koshi”-literally meaning river from the Tiber. We try to look for our old times as we pass through the uninhabited Oak an Rhododendron forest sites, on the tree try the glimpse of the Lungur Monkeys. The steep journey till we reach Lama Hotel will reward everyone with a nice and cozy lodge. You become a “Lama” for a night to end at this beautiful village.

Day 5: Trek to Langtang Village (3430m)

We pass through the forest to link back to 2015 earthquake when the whole village was taken away by the force of Nature. Langtang Lirung (7234m) will play hide and seek on the way. Slowly climbing up towards Ghora Tabela will open up the area and widens the view of the valley and the mountains. At 3000m translated as a stable of horses-Ghora Tabela is a rest for a while. A Nepalese Army post will remind you of how the area has been protected by the famous Gurkha.

Once, used to be a famous mid-way path for the trekkers was swept away in 2015 earthquake. Still big rocks at the site will take you back in the past. Now, modern hotels and lodges has been made for the comfort of visitors. We take a rest for the day and visit the beautiful valley of Langtang. Your first sighting of Yak would be remarkable at this point.

Day 6: Trek to Kyangin Gompa (3900m)

Soft day of the trek is all about going up again. Slowly but steady walk is a goal of the day. Passing though the Yak pastors, streams and small villages Kyangin is a reward for the trekkers. A small Monastery and a government run cheese factory at the site are other side of the beauty. We arrive for the lunchtime leaving rest of the day for exploring the area.

Day 7: Explore around Kyngin (Kyangin Ri) (4850m)

A free day at Kyangin is the best part of the trip. Visit to the Kyangin Ri will surely award you the breathtaking view of Langtang peaks. The Monastery will take back to the old Buddhist studies. Taste some local Cheese made at the high altitude. It will surely be a well spent day at Kyangin.

Day 8: Trek to Lama Hotel

Retrace the steep walk you made earlier. Going down is always faster and meet the Langtang Khola (River). If you want to avoid pressure on your knees, use knee caps and trekking poles.

Day 09: Trek to Syabrubesi

The end of your trekking days. Today’s walk is also downhill making pressure on your knees again. Surely, the memories and the reward of mountains will make you forget everything.

Day 10: Drive to Kathmandu

Another ride through the Trisuli river gives a nice way back to the civilization. Kathmandu is chaotically nice and your exploration to its beauty are endless. Use your time accordingly to find the hidden areas of Kathmandu.
